In the workplace we are in, needs this command called TRANSPARENCY, because everyone who goes in and out in our place expects more than what they are expecting from us, therefore in order to go on living with how the word TRANSPARENCY is defined “about being easy to understand, and being open, frank and honest in all communications, transactions and operations. It is possible to be accountable by providing a lengthy and technical explanation of every detail, but if this information is not easily understood by the audience, and if key facts are hidden by the sheer volume of information then the information is not presented in a transparent form”, we need to provide answers to their unending question they have in their minds, not to mention the truth that they have their own answers to the questions they have.
