Travelling to places you haven’t been before is one of the best thing to do in life. Being able to see beautiful sceneries, swimming deep down in clear water and seeing beautiful creatures beneath, lost in a virgin forest, taste the delicacies of certain places and most especially being able to meet people and know their culture was far the best experiences one must have.

            In recent years, I found myself extremely love to wander. I’ve been to places that I’ve only seen on pictures and television before. I was amazed that still, our country is rich in biodiversity. There are still native people who warred to protect and preserve nature.

            Since I am a MAPEH teacher, I do appreciate the knowledge I get out of travelling.  One of the topic I’m teaching is folk arts and design from the provinces of the country. I’ve been to some of these provinces and I was able to experience myself, their arts and design, took pictures of these important memories and share it with my students. I believe this is one thing, that I should constantly do when  I travel not only that I learn something in certain place, but to bring these inside the four corners of my classroom and let my students experience these themselves.
