As our economy grew, environment suffer. We are facing a new dilemma, that each in every one of us ignored. Environmental awareness is a big issue but only a few heart felt, few are sensitive enough that our planet Earth continuously destroyed. Are we numb?
We usually pinpointing our hands to our government if some natural calamities happened and many people died or many infrastructure damaged. But did we ask ourselves? What our contribution to our society, to our Mother Nature?
Today, we are experiencing El Niňo effect or drought. Some people are still ignorant, they didn’t know that we are the one responsible to it. Extreme hotness or coldness of Earth’s temperature, is because of our wrong doings. We don’t care our carbon dioxide emission (CO2). Different factories located all over the world, but their wastes usually dump to the large bodies of water or directly release to air. They don’t care what might be the effect to us, to the environment. They usually eager to the profit, to expand more their businesses. More air pollutants and water pollutants coming in. We suffer the consequences, strongest typhoons, unusual heavy rain fall are very common to us nowadays. Extinction of different species in terms of flora and fauna are very rampant. In some part of the world, melting of glacier or increasing water level are some effects to our dying world.
But, it’s not too late, we can change our planet Earth. We must develop our initiative to help. Let’s start the change in our home, we can segregate our things. Always remember the 3Rs, reduce, reuse and recycle. Plant more trees. Minimize our needs to non-biodegradable material. Our government must implement the law in terms of our natural resources is concern. If we do continue our part, slowly we could heal our beloved planet Earth for our future generation.
