Values reorientation is restoration of Filipino Values to teachers.

            It is a mandate that all educators practice professional conduct and observe ethical standards at all times and in all places. As teachers we are expected to show concern, love and respect for others. We can show this through bayanihan and sharing material things. We should also practice industry and be hard working. In our work we should show flexibility, adaptability and creativity.

            As a social group we should show commitment to our comrades with open communication and appreciative of the school time in our work with others and children. We are aware of the core values of our system as MakaDiyos, Makabayan, Makatao, at Makakalikasan. When we do these we values habits of discipline, orderliness and develop solidarity, unity and teamwork.

            When educators come to realize the true meaning of values we can the advantage of being a good person who has respect for authority highest level of service to people and can practice integrity and honesty which are values we are expected to show at all times.
