The task to deliver a quality of education at distance learning runs into challenges from the educators. Viable ideas and actions on the kind of learning approach cannot be instantly emerged because of the pandemic situation. Hence, looking back at the strategies and best practices in delivering educational services during face-to-face learning are needed in order to discover what ideas are still suited to the new normal way of education.  With this, teachers can prepare clear goals, plans and objectives in building best practices.

There are some important actions that should be done by teachers to bring solutions to the educational needs today. Building an environment of trust should be performed from time-to-time. They must know how to connect not only to the learners but also to their families and their community as well. They need also to be constructive with the criticism, pointing out positives before negative, and always open to any suggestion for our improvement.

Teachers, when we talk to their character, they should be brave enough to make tough choices particularly in hard times. Being a good role model with students is important so that they would know how to point their moral compass in the right direction no matter what.

Every child deserves the best education available, and teachers should strive to be the best educator possible for them. They should make their learners understand that keeping track of their thoughts as a way of organizing their goals would create an ability to become a positive part of the communities their students belong to from the class and school to their local area, country and beyond.
