Bringing up children and training them to be good pupils and citizens need greater concentration of parents as well as teachers. Parents send their children to school to learn and be disciplined in all aspect of life expecting that their children will not be violent especially so when they are at work, but can the teachers take responsibility alone? Teachers alone cannot solve the problem of violence. They need the parents help. Oftentimes, children who hurt others do not intend to be violent but to feel that they only depend themselves. Violent pupils often perceive that others are always out person’s shoes and guide them. That is where parents should step in, act, and teach them to understood someone else opinion or point view, and how to solve the problem in peaceful way. Parents and teachers should allow children to work out problems independently and present or discuss possible solution to them in a friendly manner. They should encourage them to engage in social activities, allow them to play various games, inculcating in them sportsmanship. Send them to programs and activities, and plan a family outing as bonding time together. Knowing what is inside them can help us to perceive means so they may be away from violence. There will be no pupil’s violence if we solve the problem in peaceful way.
