There is no formula for leading a more effective teaching. Knowing or even imitating the traits of unusual effective educators cannot be counted on to promote an effective teacher.
Teaching is primarily a process. It is not a goal or an end point. Therefore it requires hard work, patience and commitment. Here are some ways to begin.
Willingness to change- Ask yourself, Am I satisfied with the way: impart my knowledge? If not, be prepared to make some changes in your teaching style.
Be responsible- Take the responsibility and don’t rely on others to the end the habit of blaming others.
Evaluate your motives-What is your strengths, Your limitations and your goals? Don’t let fear becomes barrier to personal change. Try to make each decision a choice for growth.
Be honest and direct- try to place yourself in others shoes, Accept mistakes and be willing to accept comments and suggestions.
Get involve- Work hard, do the best to whatever you do.
Slow down- Avoid hurrying, focus on one goal and make sure work should be done one step at a time.
Calculate your progress- don’t be tired use an activities as chances to calculate your progress.
Believe in yourself- believing in one self often achieve their goals because one of the keys to become an effective educator is having a purpose and determination.
