Because of the pressure coming from school-related matters family, community and other reasons. They shy that some teachers forget to smile. And the school principal with more burdens and challenges seems to be absorbed with her everyday school management without the needed smile in her face.

            According to W.C Tapalla, a good sincere smile conveys many things to people. In fact it generates pleasant feelings instantly. It suggests happy messages. As if it expresses, “you are important to me”, “I like you” You’re my good friend.

            When you smile to your co-workers in the school, usually he/she smiles back. Thus, it immediately generates well-being. You multiply your friends in the process, and the burden of work becomes light.

            As a principal, do not be afraid to show your smile to the people in your organization. Even if you are not aware of it, your smile is powerful. Erase the negative emotions, and your people will have positive human relationships. People noticed negative smile. So smile from your heart.

            Tapalla, further said that a smile is one asset that cannot be bought over the counter. God has given this to you as a gift. Use its magic for a light-hearted men and women in the school.

            Smile can cause chain reaction, if the school principal is happy, teachers will be happy, finally, students will also be happy.
