Educators exercise a great role in instilling the love for education among students. They make students realize their dreams and reach their ambitions. It means more than a preparation for the life the students will be undergoing in the future.

Educators train the youth to be thinkers, and not just reflectors of others ideas, thus, preparing them to become productive citizens as well as great leaders in the society.

Educators are an instrument in helping the nation becomes progressive. They are open to researchers and innovations to cope up with the more valuable changes in technology.

Educators instil positive values to students. These values must be seen firstly being lived by the students. Values are caught not taught; therefore, educators must live by examples.

Educators teach and train students to become good Christians in the service of the people, and above all, in the service of the best educator, the God Almighty.
