The quest for excellence in teaching is now a worldwide concern. School in all levels pay increasing attention to the quality of the pedagogy practiced in their classroom and to assess how effective teachers are. At the same time, educators and researchers are looking for ways to increase knowledge about teaching effectiveness. A good way to achieve this goal is to learn from outstanding teachers about how they think about teaching their pedagogical knowledge and about their instructional behaviors in order to convey all these to less successful teachers.
Teaching is never easy but it can definitely be fun. When you’re having fun in the classroom, students will have fun too and learn something in the process. Since children are so intuitive by nature, they are constantly trying to make sense of the world around them and are eager to learn how natural process occur.
Effective teacher does not only apply to a teacher who have earned education related continuing degrees such as masters or higher levels or how knowledgeable you are, these can or may contributebut an effective teacher is someone who can be able to let his or her students comprehends whatever lessons assigned or delegated to him or her, based on his or her own unique strategies or unique ways. One way to prove how effective you are as a teacher is that students will have their very appreciative feedbacks not only for their knowledge absorbed you have imparted but themost fulfilling is that when they say, “ Maam , Sir, I am now very equipped in doing this lesson. I am now very good in solving these mathematical equation that before, it was a big trouble. But because I have you as my teacher, I became better.”
Simple phrase but it’s a great impact for us teachers hearing those lines which proves obviously how effective teacher we have become.
