Education is said to be the most important instrument in the progress or development of human resources of the nation. It is considered as a social invention created to be the access to enhance mans productive capacity by providing him with skills such as engineering techniques, medical knowledge, computer literacy skills and others. It enables him to gain new skills and to adapt to various working condition.

            Educators are the persons most conscientious in imparting knowledge to an individual as acquiring education is one of his needs in order for him to upgrade and succeed in all aspects of life. Education is a field of knowledge with technical aspects of teaching.

“As educators we cannot teach what we do not have”. Educators need to be educated to improve and enhance the quality of education. As what the different administrators did for the educational system. Just like learning which is a continuous process, we the agent, facilitator of learning—should continue to find access of educating ourselves for our personal and professional growth.

            After so many years in teaching, education is still needed. Through workshops, seminars, trainings and pursuing higher education, we find new techniques, strategies, styles, ways, to upgrade teaching competency.

            From time to time, changes will occur in educational system as we are in changing world. It is worth knowing our educational development as we are the key persons to its door to success as far as learning concern.
