Admit it or not, we’ve all said one of these lines once in our life. Obviously, blaming-out each other in the failure of the students in school. However, upon uttering one of the statements above or alike, have we ever asked our self if we did our part to supplement the learning of the students?

There’s no such thing as “best” teacher, that’s what they say. However, this is not an excuse for the teacher to be a reason why his student fails on his class. For years and decades have gone so fast and we have been provided by the greatest philosophers, teachers (Guru) and also psychologist a lot of theorizing, strategies and even a guide on how to understand the diverse behavior of the students. So all the menus have been given to us and also the opportunity to use it to help us to properly perform our task and responsibilities as a teacher.

Nowadays, one of the most common reasons why parents can also be blame to the failure of their child in school is because, they are so absurd with their own life/ work that they forgot to have time to get involved in the learning of their child. Do not provide an additional provision at home. And do not participate in the teacher and parent conference. These reasons negatively affect the learning of the child, as their performance depends upon the training they have experienced in their home, because they spend the early years of their life at home.

Computers, e-books, books, and etc., this are some of the learning materials which are accessible to the students these days. But for some reason student still fail to do good in school, not because his/her parents or teachers are being irresponsible. But because these students are locked of self-discipline that they fail to use their access to this learning material, properly. Student have to know that even if they’ve got the greatest teachers and parents, it will still be useless if they will not be willing to learn.

These are just a few reasons why children failed in school. So before we put our blame to others, let’s just think first if we do our part in the learning of the student. Because on the other hand, even how easy it is for us to blame others, that is also how hard to admit the failures and mistakes that we have done. And putting the blame to others is the easiest way in order to escape from our responsibility. We must remember that the success of the student takes the involvement of everyone in their learning process. And shortcomings from any of these reasons may have a huge impact on the learning of students.

So let’s recast responsibility as a way to learn from your mistake as well as of those others. Accept your fallibility as a route towards self-improvement – and STOP blaming people for it.
