In ASEAN, Philippines rank 4th in quality of education system, 7th in quality of Primary Education and last 8th in quality of Science and Mathematics and capacity for innovation. Therefore, the Philippines must catch up with the rest of the world in terms of quality education.

Our High School graduates are lack of basic competencies and maturity. Other countries view the 10-year education system as insufficient. The quality of Education is reflected in the inadequate preparation of high school graduates for the world of work in a higher education and most graduates are too young to enter the labor force. It is so sad that our graduates are not automatically recognized as professional in abroad.
