Teachers are obviously a second parent of our children. They are the one who knows our children well. Most of the time, our children spend their time in their teacher than to their parent. And as I observed children honor what the teachers say, sometimes they ignore their parent believing that the teachers are best, since the teachers and children are always intact they create and developed harmonious relationship. There are reasons why the voice of teachers needs to be heard
Teacher Expertise. The teachers are one who serves as bridge in education. They know our children well.
Enhance Attitude. As a teacher to become a leader must be a good follower so that our children will encourage enhancing their attitudes and potential as a whole to produce a productive and committed learners with a heart. Teachers are the one who teach the right way to do things that are acceptable by or society.
Alternative Parents. Teachers are the one who are responsible to the children when they are in school. They are the one who guide, love, teach different kinds pupils with different interest, characteristics and economic status
Children’s Voice. The voices of children and their parents need to be heard and these voices usually channeled through teachers. If teachers are not heard then the student likewise has no voice
Humility. Teachers are righteous in all aspects. They help people not asking anything in return.
They are the one who accept the challenge even though they are tired and stress, on their mind it is a call of duty. Even they hurt physically and emotionally they act professionally.
Enthusiasm. One of the qualities of a good teacher is being enthusiastic; the key to achieve our target goal is on the hand of the teachers on how they teach the lesson to have a jolly teaching learning process.
Researcher. Teachers are fond in seeking information which is something interested and enjoyable. They want to become updated so that we will not left behind by other country most especially in terms of ‘technology’. As teacher you must be a knowledgeable hundred miles from your pupil because you cannot give what don’t have, what they see is what they get and what they get is what they have.
