In the present generation, everything is influenced by computer technology and no exception is the field of Education.  Computer technology has brought tremendous changes in the teaching aspect for it brought innovations that man could never imagine in the past.

Through the use of Instructional Computer Technology or ICT, the educators are employing innovative ways and strategies that yield meaningful results in the teaching-learning process.  Furthermore, all the school duties and work are made easier and faster.

Also, the teachers are enjoying their vocations for they have something that alleviates the fulfillment of their respective tasks.

            From lesson plans, computation of grades, presentation of lessons and other papers and presentations, these are made possible by computers.  MS Word, Excel, Power point, Photo editing, animation and other modern software are contributory for the enhancement of the educative process.

            Moreover, film historical presentations and documentary features are all shown clear and comprehensive by the power or wonders of the latest technology.  These are instrumental in making the study of cultures be more interesting and persuading.

            That is why the Department of Education has created a strategic plan for the ICT program in our field.  This is step for sure will create very good results because it seeks to intensify the utilization of modern technology in the field of education that will help attain the best quality of education being aimed by DepEd.

            Truly, the inclusion of the wonders of computer in improving the quality of education is beneficial for the welfare of the educational clientele.   Modern technology like computer brings us closer to progress.
