Emotions pass through organization regardless of the nature, structure and size. Different emotions are being experienced by anybody time and again in their own workplace. In school, most of us, as our current workplace experience in the same way. Take for example, the principal may be upset and unsatisfied that leads to irritation whenever reports to be submitted are long overdue. This may result into discomfort that may lead into some conflicts and misunderstanding. On the other hand, the school manager is contented and very please because of the best performance of his teachers resulting to commendable rank in the assessment for the schools. Varied emotional episodes are mentioned as love, joy, fear, anger sadness, surprise and more.

Emotions and personality are relatively visible in any workplace. These two behavioral principles may permeate the relationships of individuals in an organization. People who are outgoing, expressive sociable and aggressive have within them the positive aspect of affective members of the organization in school setting, teachers having these kinds of attitudes towards their works maybe tap in different tasks and responsibilities, becoming then to be more productive. These people are responsive in the needs of the organization without interfering negative emotions. Teachers of these attitudes are also very supportive in different school affairs and activities. There is more igniting enthusiasm within them in performing so. Hence, the negative side of the behavioral patterns of those emotions must be a considerable factor that a school manager takes into account and consideration. The manager must be very sensitive on the issue; otherwise it may affect their behavioral intensions on their works. This may bring stress and discomforts even with he people he work with. This may result also unsatisfactory actions. Best instead is to let them choose the working task according to his best interest, might as well  surprise in getting a good result.

Emotions may serve into a model of job satisfaction. Theories for this are discrepancy and equity among the individuals in the workplace. In school organization, giving at least equal and fair teaching loads and work assignments perceive and post harmony and fairness. Failure to implement dissatisfies any member in the organization. Most often than not, discrepancy if observed does friction and intrigues among the working people. To continue everyone’s commitment and dedication in the workplace, school manage should implement job security, fair treatment, transparency and possesses emotional intelligence.

A healthy emotion is a self regulation. In the workplace, holding back anger and fear regulates temper, frustrations will be over success, and in any event it was not manage carefully and properly. Get into self motivated procedures and this give strength to be use in the organization in possible incompetence and disappointments. This creates the ability to mange the emotions of superiors over any subordinates in pursuing common vision and mission in the organization.
