The old saying that goes”…an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure” cannot be more appropriate that when applied to health consideration.
Health is really a wealth so much that in the subject of physical education, health is primarily and basically considered in education lessons.
Based on medical testimonies, our physical body should follow a timetable which often than not, we fail to follow.
Individuals who are health conscious must be aware of some activities to be sure that our physical or mental states will not interfere with the natural bodily functions and lead to disorder.
Consider these time table of activities:
By evening, 9:00-11:00, our body detoxifies and eliminated harmful chemicals from our lymph nodes, which is an anti-body system. Within this time, we should be in a relaxed state of mind and body. Washing dishes or assisting children with their school lesson may cause stress that results to negative effects when coinciding with the detoxification period.
From 11:00 pm to 1:00 in the morning, our body cleanses the liver of toxins, the harmful bodily substances, in a process that works well during deep sleep. Also during this nocturnal state, our body continues its cleansing action to the gall which happens between 1:00-3:00 in the morning.
In the early morning 3:00-5:00, our lungs turn to detoxified. The cleansing action at the respiratory tract is the reason why those with coughs suffer severe coughing spells. During this time, there is no need to take cough medicine which will only hinder the removal of toxins.
Cleansing of the colon occurs by 5:00-7:00. It is more advisable to have your bowel movement during this period of time.
Between 7:00-9:00 in the morning, our small intestine absurd nutrients. Breakfast is best taken during this period. Those who habitually skip their breakfast are better off refraining from this habit instead of eating nothing at all, they may take their meal than period of 9:00-10:00 am.
Retiring so late in the evening and rising up to late in the morning hinders that process of eliminating unnecessary chemical from the body. Thus sleeping early and attaining a good rest can dramatically aid in the process of blood formation.
So, students while still young should follow this timetable of activities to be able to develop a well shaped body and good health.
