It is true that we learn all the best things in school. This evident on the written and actual teachings being seen in every educational institution.  That is the reason why we consider someone educated if positive behavior is being manifested.

                The school administrator, being the catalyst of change in the school serves as a role model of positive behavior. Being an educational manager, he/she emanates good and admirable character that is being seen on his/her inviting behavior towards other.  As an effect, everyone in the school will be influenced by this.

           

            Consequently, the teachers who are the keys to the teaching-learning process will also imbibe such attitude in their work and it is truly beneficial not only to them but also to their learners,  As we all know what the adult do will be imitated by the young ones.

                On the side of the learners, if they see that the superiors and adults are models of positive behavior for sure they will instil in their minds and hearts that they should follow the same pattern of actions for they believe that it is the real mode of conduct.

            Even the rest of the personnel and other stakeholders will also exhibit pleasing attitude and behavior in school since everyone is following the same form of deeds.  It just like a chain reaction where the members of the school are united to promote good values with themselves.

            Positive attitude yields positive behavior.  If there is positive behavior in every individual in the school, there will be harmony and no conflict will exist.

                We have to live with an optimistic life and the school is a perfect place to show this attitude.  For if there is optimism, the attitude, word and behavior of the person will be inclined.  Let the school be the producers of people with positive action.
