There’s no excuse for being a bully. If you are a bully at school, you better stop right now. Try thinking about how others feel every time you hurt them. Try putting yourself on the shoes of who you bully, habitually. It’s not okay to feel miserable every time you go to school, right? Don’t worry, it’s not too late to change or to stop being a bully. There are many ways for you to stop.
The kids at school might feel intimidated by bullies, but they don’t respect bullies. If other kids see your strong character, use this power for something positive. For example, be a leader of a particular school activity. From this, you will not only gain strong character but also respect. You may find yourself with leadership skills and excel in extra-curricular activities at school.
Do you want to feel a sense of acceptance and belonging? Others feel the same way. Everyone wants to be accepted and feel that they belong at school. We are all unique. Show your strengths in something positive. Respect that everybody has different strengths and weaknesses. So, you better stop isolating other kids.
Is there a school that does not advocate anti-bullying? A school that does not advocate anti-bullying doesn’t exist. Bullying is against the school rules. Bullying has consequences. I’m sure you don’t want to be punished or get expelled from your school. So, you better stop putting others down.
If you already change your ways, think how differentiate yourself between the time you bully others and the time you do not bully others. Think how positive you are when you do not bully other kids. It is more fun to be noticed by others in positive things you do than being noticed because you make others feel miserable. So, you better stop being the mean kid. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
