One of the major problems that teachers encounter inside the classroom is handling pupils with behavioral problem. These are the pupils who want to get attention by fighting, disruptive talking, name calling, not listening, and roaming around the classroom during classes. Also pupils with learning difficulties develop behavior problems that increase their risk of failure.

There are many reasons why these problems occur, some of these reasons are due to lack of parental guidance, being neglected from their needs in the school and many others.

As teachers, we must understand the children’s needs, make them feel that they belong and they have a sense as an individual. We have to figure out also their messages since behavior is a form of communication.

Above all of these teachers should make the problem pupils feel that they are loved, accepted and cared for and make them realized the importance of education.
