            Noticing the changes continuously happening anywhere and everywhere from the simple procedures up to the most complex machineries brought about by the technologies being used really affects not only the performance of the human intervention with the result expected but also with

the interaction of one employee to another one , moreover between employee to employer, more so with the people in rank with one another with this, everyone should have a clearer understanding on the value of implementing such changes if not,  the chance  of negative impact and opposing is great.

            Therefore, adopting oneself with the so called changes, as being sought by the persons-delegated, in some sort they were sent for brain-storming/ benchmarking in search for the best practices that will surely give one in the association a chance of  improving his performance quality and quantity wise. In this essence, promotion is not possible yet, ready in any corner of the workplace.

            On the other hand, if changes to be implemented , yet you were able to assess that quality of the result is at stake, let us say will degrade the name, then one should give his shout of opposing in the manner that amicable turn out is the positive result.

            At the end, we must remember that we must be flexible and adoptable.
