What is your course? Where to enroll? Is school location near to your home? It is offering your chosen course? What is best school to offer Senior High School? These are some of the questions you may ask before entering Grade 11.

The additional two (2) year of schooling or K to 12 – Senior High School Program of Department of Education will start in June 2016.  Selected public high schools in Bataan will pilot the implementation of the K to 12 programs. Among them are Mariveles National High School – Poblacion, Mariveles National High School – Cabcaben, Limay National High School and Lamao National High School (LNHS).  Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) will have its Senior High School together with LNHS.

Blessed Regina Prottman Catholic School, Bataan Heroes Memorial College and Asia Pacific of Advanced Studies (APCAS), Softnet Information Technology Center and Letran Bataan are some of the private schools in Bataan to offer Senior High.

Courses offered in Senior High School under Academic Track are: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) and General Academic (GAS).

Tech-Voc Track courses – Information and Computer Technology Specializations in:  Animation, Animation and Visual Graphic Design, Computer Hardware Servicing and  Computer Programming.  Service Management Specializations:  Business Communication, Information Technology, Bookkeeping, Contact Center Services and Service Culture.  Hospitality Management Specializations:  Bread and Pastry Production, Food and Beverages Services, Front Office Services, Housekeeping, Local Tour Guiding Services, Tourism Promotion Services, Commercial Cooking/Cookery.

There are plenty of school and number of courses to choose from. Think, rethink, analyze, research and ask questions before you choose your school and course for Senior High.
