21st century learner’s dam significant in nation building. They are the ones who are now responsible for posting in social media, playing e-games and dragging information in the internet. These events in the Philippines education setting, gives a ground breaking development to both teaching and learning process.
Using ICT favored several process related in teaching and learning. Integrating of these, examined teacher’s perception on how to improved the process, through ICT. Teachers helps the students to improved their perfection skills and create better learning condition by raising and promoting students attention, perception regarding mechanism, appreciation of learning and oezsituations, phenomena, action and so on, presenting extra ordinary educational potential for the application of learning to attain the highest level of the school that implies if these information transmission and knowledge facilitation are well thought of.
