Education is the strongest force for reducing poverty, there upon improving a well-being person in the society he lives. However to establish and maintain a high quality education proper investment can be made.

In the Philippines context, education is the topmost priority given by the government. Despite we have so many problems; education still leaves much room for improvement. That’s why in the 10 point agenda for the basic education designed to make a quality education in the Philippines DEPED and the government pushed the implementation of enhanced K+12 Basic Education Program. The objective of the program is to be able to produce a more productive and responsible citizens equipped with essentials competencies not only for academic but also in Technical-Vocational Courses.

From any different propounds and studies conducted by researchers of education, they come up with enhanced and decongested curriculum that is internationally and competitive education which will launched unto the Grade 7 will be graduated from Senior High School, that is the time that they will be decide to themselves whether they will work or build their own business or they will continue their academic courses in college.

It is a challenge and opportunities critics questioned the relationship of the education cycle length and education quality and also it is and added burden to higher dropout rates it is too long to finish the education.

Another worried that will cover up is the rush implementation of the K=12 program for one, according to study the rush implementation may have unintended effects on social equity if publicity funded. This is because many of our families are very poor which cannot carry the different expenses  that they will shoulder. In addition to this if Presidents Aquino’s will finished his term would it be continue in the part of the next president of  our country, so how would it be result in similar reform, failures in the past.

The government must therefore continue to address such concern to further monitor, evaluate and program enhancement must be ensured.
