Sports is an active activity of a person where he is exerting a physical effort on it. Sports is like competing it’s either in another person, two or more. Sports can be also by physical or mental means. So one of the importance of the sport is to keep us healthy helping us to have a healthy lifestyle. In everyday living because it keeps our mind and body active. Also it helps our mind and body relax. We can think easily and make decision if we are engage in any type of sports since I mentioned earlier that it is like competition or you’re competing with other person so you’re applying strategy on it.

To win on a game so you’re going to do everything for you to be successful. Human being find also sports as a type of recreational. They are choosing the sports they want or what they think they are fit. They think they will excel or dominant since it was competition. Also sports can be a tool for a family bonding since many type of sports need to be a group, also bonding with peers and workmates, sports can also be bonding with the husband and wife since there are sports that only needs two person playing with each other.

 Sports is not just strengthen the ties with family, friends, peers, but also it helps you to connect with other people in sports you can gain new friend or circle of friends where you can bond in since many people are also engage in sports so it’s easier between group of people with the same sports. Sports also helps me to develop as a person, as a man a good man because like what I’ve mentioned earlier you’re engaging with different kind of person, engage with different raises, attitude, and also with different character so in that way I learned how to handle many kind of situation, also I learned to act properly it makes you to be a flexible one.

Sports also develop you as a person in terms of accepting defeats since sports is type of competition. Sometimes you win sometimes you lost so there is no permanent in sports even those who are great are still losing like in the basketball team of the NBA at first the Golden state warriors is very dominant in regular season. However, when they entered the finals which against the Cleveland Cavaliers they lost so in that way you learned that even you are the greatest you will still experience lost so in that way you will learn to stand and be a better one again like what you are before in life. Sports will makes you how to be organize in life because in all types of sports there is always a proper way to do it sometimes it was step by step and you can’t bypass one step so in that matter you learn to organize in your life there is strategy that they plan to make it better so on that matter you are being organized.

Indeed, winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.
