School is the place where a child’s mental faculties are being developed. It should be learner-centered. Teachers must use effective teaching methods and techniques in order to develop the child’s mental capabilities to its fullest. The school must offer complete facilities that will enhance and support the children’s needs to achieve continuous progress in their learning skills up to the optimum. It should enable them to experience success in every learning area. Various activities suited to their needs, interests and abilities must be given.

Furthermore, progress should be formulated in terms of the children’s needs, interests and capabilities. These will be designed to help teachers become more effective in the use of the total teaching and development program. It must likewise endeavor to help children realize their potential by making better use of the school’s various services and facilities.

            In addition, the school must always adhere to its main duty to develop these children become God-fearing, law-abiding and effective, productive, innovative citizen of our country, the future builders of our nation.
