Some young are bullied for no particular reason, but sometimes it’s because they are different in some way, perhaps it’s the color of their skin, the way they talk, their size or their name.

 

Bullying in school is always there and it’s hard to escape from it but at least we can prevent it. There are a lot of anti-bullying campaign now because a lot of learners are victims and suffering from it so let’s be a part of this anti-bullying campaign. Sometimes even teachers are being bullied as well by their learners when teachers are not around. Some are bullied because of lack of attention from their friends, family or in their place. Some have learned to bully from others that is why they love to do it also. Some do bully because they are victims themselves. Some persons are bullies because of bad upbringing at home.

 

We can think of ways so we can at least prevent it or we can lessen the damage it might bring to a person. As the teacher of the bully person, let’s do something about it. Monitor his action and identify the root cause of it so that we can give some help and solution for it. Bullies need attention from us so let’s give it to them in a way that they will realize that they need to correct their behavior and deep inside of their heart  they are being touched by you and so they will not do it again because they feel you, they feel that you care, you love and you are watching over them. On the part of the learner that is being bullied, lets also do some remedy for experiencing this so that it will not be a trauma on his part. And more so teachers must not bully their learners. What attitude you will show to your learners mean a lot to them so give what they truly deserve righteously and give what is the most beautiful experience they can receive from you as their teacher.
