Grocery with my daughter seems so expensive…why? She usually bought pastries, cakes and all other bake products. I therefore, think? What if I try to bake this gooddies for her and teach her as well? Hmmmm… I therefore, involve my daughter in baking for it is very important, as quality time is spent together to achieve a certain result, like a cake, cookies and any other but not just that, I personally teach my daughter much more than I may think like pouring, measuring, weighing, whisking, rolling and simple mathematics such as adding and subtracting and all sorts of other baking techniques that are used .I  also teach my daughter the importance of good nutrition and I may encourage her to taste new foods to develop her  taste buds. Baking with daughter can channel her natural curiosity as many foods or fruits change in color, size and  texture when baked. Now, she can baked her own cupcakes and cookies.  And designing an icing on top of it. Most of all it gives her a sense of pride and achievement when these baked creations can be enjoyed by friends and family. Bonding moment with my daughter is very memorable, fruitful and satisfying one. You’ll never know as time passed by… she is a Pastry Chef!
