Interaction process between the teachers and the school head count most in any organization. However, sometimes, interaction is sweet and other times it is sour. Everyone is different. Life and situations are seen differently by people. Some see life as always heaven, while others see at as nearly hell. But no matter what others think and perceived, I consider the school head as my parent and my co8teachers as my brothers and sisters; and I consider life, human relationships and interaction as something to be valued.
As Alvin H. Goeser puts it, “Good human interaction is a matter of forming habits of understanding people, of being tolerant of others, of being considerate, of being willing and active in helping others, and of sharing with them. It’s an attitude of being willing… to help others to live more fully, to help them grow and enjoy, and make the best of lives. The basic rule of good human relations is to think, and to think, and to act in terms of the interest of the other person. It is to get one’s thinking of one’s self and one’s little world and directing it to the other person.”
Let us remember that life is not always a bed of roses. Every now and then problems, conflict and challenges come and go. As teachers sail in the sea of life. Let us forget the negative ones and always remember the good things in our lives.
There are many good things worth-remembering, Praises from co-teachers and school principal and others, the help accorded to you, it is a good feeling to be commended by others. So pass on the good words and cheers to other people by likewise praising them for their efficiency and effectiveness. Always remember all the kindness that comes your way, no matter how minimal. What counts most is the kindly act.
As Wordsworth, a well-known poet puts it , “the best portion of a good man’s life, are his little, nameless, unremembered act of kindness and of love.”
In an organization, the most important resource is the people that make up the environment and affect one’s daily existence. When people in an organization value their co-workers then the feeling will be mutual. Interaction with each other will be smooth-flowing.
