The first letter stands for nutrition. An old statement says that you are what you eat. The Holy Scripture emphasizes that the best nutrients come from fruits, root crops and vegetables as the ideal food and meat products are just the secondary options. In this regard, teachers must see the essence of having a good diet as they engage in very stressful tasks. The second letter pertains also to bodily dimension of a person which entails physical activities and that is the word exercise. Studies show that exercise is one of the most excellent way of fighting toxins inside our body, thus, minimizing also the stress within us. Letter W represents water which is another important element of a healthy diet in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Water, in its true sense, is considered as the fountain of life. Try to treat your body without water even for a day and you will really see its negative result. If you are not yet convinced, try to discuss the lesson for a three-hour straight schedule and you will really feel your drying mouth so you need to obey your thirst right away. Sun is another important part in the list. It is warranted that the source of all energy comes from the sun and vitamin D is best supplied by it. Moreover, the first T relates to self-control and that is the Temperance. As teachers, they must possess temperance for it helps them to stay healthy especially if the learners are somewhat out of the right track in following the instructions and standards given to them. Apparently, air is next in line. Who would dare to say that a man can live without air? How about the word rest? “Win Wellness Center” international group conducted a study and found out that rest is important to us humans for it regenerates our energy. Furthermore, trust is the last in the list but not certainly the least important one. The word trust actually includes hope. Therefore, trusting in oneself and hoping for the best can build a person to become a promising individual.
