It has been known that so many factors can affect the child success in life. But through his education, success is a greater possibility. It will be his tool to achieve his dreams. It is therefore imperative for a student to strive finishing his education and to do that he must endure the hardship of studying and learning.
One factor that the student finishes his studies is his own motivation in life, his own ambition or dream and set a goal in life that he wanted to fulfil. It is about the line of work that he is happy to do since he was a small child defending the interest that he has. College student who keeps on shifting courses doesn’t really know what they want. Their basis is that the courses were hard or boring and does not fall in to their interest and keep on shifting until they find the right one for them. fortunately the government conducted the National Career Assessment Examination to guide students courses suitable for them so as not to waste time and money.
Another factor is his family. The guidance of his parents as they open the eyes of their child about the reality of life, of living alone and having a family, how things work out and how important attaining good education and how useful it is in competing for a stable job and the consequences of not finishing the studies which leads to early marriage or the ability to land a permanent and descent job. The support of other siblings as they cheer him up in times of problems and hardships of studying.
The environment and the financial condition of the family he belongs to may serve also as motivation for a person to strive to finish the course, promising himself that he would not want his future family to experience what he is experiencing now, that is he can afford the things he wanted to have does not always worry of meeting both ends and could cope up with the needs of the family
The teacher, the second parent ofstudents, may inspire the young for success. Through their guidance and support, students especially whose parents are working away from home or those with family problems or just have no idea on the reality of life will be challenged to have an ambition and more meaningful life than to that he knew.
