The Senate Bill No. 2814 or the Anti-Ethnic or Racial Profiling and Discrimination Act of 2011 states an act prohibiting profiling as well as discrimination against persons on account of ethnic or racial origin and/or religious affiliation or belief.

            Bataan National High School assures that indigenous people are given outright protection against all forms of bullying, equal treatment and opportunities as everybody else. Eventhough they are part of the feeding program, they are not obliged to fall in line.  It is delivered to their dormitory together with all amenities.

They are properly monitored for their own safety and needs with regards to their education, the teachers make sure that they always play an active part in both classroom and school activities.  They are encouraged to participate in all undertakings and protect them from possible embarrassment.  They are given the opportunities to develop their social skills and to cultivate their hidden talents and abilities; and maximize their potentials.

            This only shows that the students are the center of education… that humiliation and embarrassment has no place in BNHS.
