A teacher may regain the glory and power in teaching in order for him/her to be more dynamic and more productive.  These are the means to regain power in teaching:

Attend trainings and seminars.  Trainings and seminars will help you regain your teaching abilities and strengths. These will make the teachers well-equipped.

Search for more knowledge.  Looking for more knowledge in the internet will aid you in finding new ideas and more information.  The teacher will be imparting a lot if more knowledge are acquired.

Collaborate with fellow teachers.  Sharing ideas with your colleagues will help enrich your thinking skills.  Talking with fellow teachers on various teaching matters will be beneficial.

Ask assistance from superiors. Your head or principal will give you more tips to be more active and dynamic in teaching.  The superiors know better and their experiences are contributory.

Keep updated. The new pedagogies in teaching will aid you in redefining your teaching skills.  The new methods will make the class more lively and animated as well as exciting.

Read a lot. By reading a lot of materials will enrich your knowledge in various areas of education.  Various reading materials can give suggestions in enhancing the teaching-learning process.

Be inspired.  By feeling hopeful and inspired will make you feel better as you perform your tasks as a teacher.  The feeling of being inspired is instrumental in making the teacher be more empowered.

These are the means to make you regain your teaching power.  So, embrace the tips!
