The basis in rating government employees’ today is through Results-Based Performance Management System. Some said that, the RPMS is the accurate tool to measure the performance of every employee, it motivates them for excellent performance in consonance with the salaries/incentives they received.
Sample RPMS for teachers with attainable and measurable objectives to produce quality out-put was made by the writer. This will help teachers’ facing difficulty in the formulation of their own RPMS and it will be of great pleasure on the author’s part if his RPMS made were considered as a reference by someone who wishes to use it and it will be also his gratitude if somebody will adopt it.
