Why do you think teacher improvement important?

It is important because teachers develop the youth to be future leaders. Our role therefore is developing the sense of community among our children becomes an important issue. This operationally should develop the children their communication skills such as the ability to clearly express one’s ideas and feelings verbally and in writing. Teachers also develop pupils how to develop problem solving and critical thinking. This also enlightens them about numerals, and the ability to make critical informed decisions. They develop innovativeness, scientific thinking and future orientation for work.

In any classroom activities teachers develop the pupil development self and sense of community. Self discipline includes self-awareness, self-responsibility and self-realization. When a teacher is empowered he is able to translate them to their pupils the ability to earn a living and comprehend the role of life he is to perform in the community.
