The school’s mission and vision are very important elements in the school.  They are the guiding points which lead the school to a better direction.  They emphasize a much directed institution following a certain course.

The teacher being a vital part of the school is expected to be committed to the school’s mission and vision.  In the vision part, the teacher must be a part of the school’s dream and in terms of mission, the teacher must be in one in fulfilling such dream.

The teacher must bear in mind that the school has a picture of what it should and what the educational clientele should be.   That is why the teacher should be able to see the bright future ahead of the school and its learners.

Furthermore, the teacher must take a course of action in order to help the school achieve its goals.  He/she must be the agent of change and the instrument in accomplishing such tasks.

The teacher must be in one with the school in all its advocacies, plans, intentions, projects and programs.  He/she should be the partner of the school in attaining all its objectives for the benefit of the learners.

The teacher must be the active agent in the realization of the school’s mission and vision in order to show to the learners and all stakeholders that there is a brighter future ahead of the school and of them.

Always be committed most especially in the vision and mission of your school.
