School year had ended but I have never felt tired of work.  At this third among the three stages of life, I am but at the peak and most enthusiastic part of my teaching career.

Every time I open my eyes at dawn, there is always an unexplainable thrill and excitement deep within me.  Each day is but a new adventure, new discovery, and new story to treasure.

Initial cracks brought by waves of K-12 were urgently sealed.  We managed filling the chinks.  A lot of monitoring was constantly done by superiors.  Combined effort and patience kept the flow spontaneous and calm.  Various  curricula may come and go but the tactic is simply the same.  Love, patience and dedication are but the sole concealed formula.

Love for work should remain the goal.  Peace, warm, and friendliness are but of much help.  Unity must be observed in each department.  Close monitoring of all classes is in dire need.  The dynamic and energetic ought to be enhanced.

Innovations and breakthroughs remain at the corners waiting for clusters to pick them up.  Grab the opportunity of working it out with a new one with trial and error advantage after a sudden withdrawal from the traditional.  Match up the intellect and the physique with the modern arms before we dare mixing up and catching up with the rest of the global competition.  Suspension in the long run of the K-12 will not do any help in the great leap scheme of the system.

For almost three decades now, teaching has been the greatest part of me.  I have my family, and though a family-oriented one as I usually claim myself to be, still a genuine career-oriented one that I always appear to be.  I may leave teaching someday but it will always be a part of the rest of my days.
