            Facing the new generation now with the use of recent gadget and tools find it hard to most teachers, not familiar with the new apps, the terminologies and even how this new innovation invades the mind and heart of the youth. Realizing the facts that how teachers would cope with the real situations, what techniques and strategies are suitable, and how they would be able to communicate with these ‘techie’ pupils.

            Since teachers consider as the catalyst of change therefore the mentors themselves should capable to learn and absorb the new innovations in teaching-learning process.

Training Seminars and even Government interventions stimulate teachers to use ICT tools in preparing lessons and sequencing classroom activities efficiently. In fact, utilizing ICT helps teachers to work in teams and share ideas related to their school’s curriculum. There is also evidence that broadband and interactive whiteboards play a central role in fostering teachers, communication and help to increase collaboration between educators.

            This ideas also beneficial both teachers and learners, considering the fact that we are now in internet age and there’s a great necessity and in need for ICT education in order to cope and midst with the fast and evolving world. Pupils can access to the internet in just wink of an eye, they easily conquer all the ideas and source of information in the whole world using this access. Besides internet connection can definitely conquer the world library.Moreover,new technologies provide a good fit with existing practices, such as interactive whiteboards, but others, like video conferencing, digital video and virtual learning environments are now being incorporated.

Despite of all the gadgets and technologies that we had, still teachers play the important role in the learning process. He is the facilitator, the catalyst of change, classroom manager and adviser. Bearing in our mind that there is no best single method, it is still in the hand of the teachers to totally mold and calculate the minds of every learner.
