After a presentation, teaches usually are at a loss on how to throw questions to the audience. It is always helpful to be aware of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) relative to the presentation. The structure of questions presents a problem to any teacher right after the presentation.
To remedy this dilemma, a teacher must have RARE questions to ease out the pressure and come out with sensible questions after the presentation.
It would be helpful if the questions are Related to key points discussed in the presentation. Do not ask question which are of less relevance. Always be mindful of substantial items and zero in on the salient points of the presentation.
Likewise, it is of the essence that questions are Always clear and concise. Be mindful of the need to have questions which will not generate more questions. Structure your questions in ways that will be understood even by those who were not able to listen attentively to the presentation.
Reveal simulating and thought provoking ideas. It will generate enthusiasm and make the listeners more responsive to the discussion. These are questions which make the audience react with positive actions and stimulate discussion among themselves.
Most importantly, Emphasize one point only. More points mean confusing minds. Giving emphasis on a single point clears up the conweb relative to your presentation.
The next time a teacher make presentations, always bear in mind to have RARE questions after the presentation.
