Educating naïve minds is the primary goal of us, educators. Henceforth, we should be models and of help to our students. In addition, we should also give them the results of their assessment and evaluation so that they can improve and enhance their study habits.

Academic accomplishment/development is the tangible material that we can give the students’ guardian to ensure that their children are doing well in school.

As a model of character, we should also show them to reach out to the community through literacy volunteer service and we should also manifest unity through brigada eskwela. These activities will let them learn the essence of bayanihan i.e. they can accomplish a job quickly but magnificently.

Students do not care about how much we know what do they care most is how much we touch lives. Academic and values are but the best ingredients to holistic learning. Educators, let us give not only education but education with caliber.
