Since time immemorial, scouting is one of the extra-curricular activities implemented both in public and private schools. Children who register themselves as girlscouts and boyscouts usually have the interest of exploring many things in their lives as kids at their age level.
Both girlscouting and boyscouting have the common goal of developing children to become responsible citizens in the future. The process of developing girlscouts and boyscouts into responsible individuals is a concerted effort of parents, teachers, scout leaders and other people in the community who are active in scouting. The different point challenges in scouting pose varied activities which are geared to developing them better in the different aspects of their lives – be it intellect, physical, social, spiritual and others.
Scouting opens the doors to many opportunities of building new friendships with people coming from different families and different places Scouting inculcates “heroism” in every girl or every boy with high passion of serving her or his fellowmen. Scouting leads a scouter to dream, hope and believe that through girlscouts and boyscouts serving mankind, they create a better and more beautiful world for everyone to enjoy.
