It is a fact that every end of the school year, failures in Mathematics appeared to be a great problem. Once the administrator collected the failures in the different learning areas Mathematics showed more failure than the other area. What are the reasons why these problems arise: poor knowledge and skills in performing the four fundamental operations to be used in problem solving; lack of interest among the students with regards to the topic in mathematics. These are some problems encountered by the learners in dealing with the study of Mathematics. We, as a teacher need more time to communicate with the students. Some of the teacher exerted more effort in teaching the lessons for those students who cannot understand Mathematics lesson in just one lesson. One way on how to extend the time to teach the lesson is the Remedial classes. Remedial class is done after class or in vacant time of the teacher. It is one way on how to let your students understand deeper the knowledge in Mathematics. It is a form of tutorial wherein the teacher and the students make a special discussion with regards to the topics where the students have a difficulty. According to the definition of Remedial Class from the wikepedia,” Remedial class is design to assist the students in order to achieve expected competencies in core academic skills such as literacy and numeracy”. Based from the definition, it is a helpful tool for the students. It assists the students to meet the knowledge and skills expected of the subject taught. The remedial class will be a successful activity when the students and teacher cooperated. It requires a serious participation of the students. The teacher will only facilitate the activity but the student will be the one who will execute the remedial class. With the participation of the students, the said activity will rest assure to be a better class for the students. Another form of remedial class is the peer tutorial. It a simple way of letting the students learns by listening to the other student who can understand the lesson easier. Let the students give their own example on a certain topic and explain it in such a way that it is easier to understand by their co-students. The teacher will supervise the learning process done by the students.  The supervision of the teacher will help the students to gain confident in solving the problems on their own way. Modules can also be a part of the remedial class nowadays. The teacher will give example on how to solve problem solving in Mathematics and the activities in the modules will be the task of the students to be done at home. These are some ways on how to administer the remedial class for the students. We, as a teacher needs to supervise the learning process of our students. It is one way on how we can help our students to understand the lesson in an easy way they can. We can also eliminate the students who failed Mathematics subject. It also help the students cope up with the lessons in Mathematics with the help of the teacher supervision.
