As a teacher , the responsibility of understanding our pupils should be a part of our job . The more we learn about them the better we can deal with them and the better strategies that we can offer them . The study is provocative , is intriguing , and is filled with information about who they are and why they grew to be this way . Amidst this richness and complexinity , we seek a simple answer to our guest to understand how our learners change as they grow up and how we can help them . 

          Our findings on our search about children should help us on how each of our learners should  be treated . We must also consider our findings as basis to improve the teaching learning condition in our classrooms . In doing those , we’ll be able to help our learners and our teaching  experiences will be fruitful .
