Personality is the sum of one’s personal characteristics. It is one’s identity. Teachers more than any other professional are momentarily subjected to scrutiny to minutest detail and observation by those they associate with.

                                As the quotation goes, ”once a teacher, forever a student”, instances such as calmly enduring their students limitations and difficulties, alleviate such misbehavior with coolness and equanimity, likewise, students inability that test the teachers’ composure.

                                Everyone anticipates an interesting and enjoyable learning activity which is always a teachers’ role and commitment. Commitment is a  ”solemn promise” to perform the duties and responsibilities mandated by the laws and code of Ethics of the profession. It is unwavering pledge to perform all teaching and learning activities with consistency and selflessness to the best interest of the students. Ready to carry no matter whatever the price.
