Philippine education must conform to the advancement in the modern age, such as information technology. Teachers have a very important role to play in improving the quality of education in the country. It is never too late to be involved in computer training and therefore itis better to have it than not to have one at all. There is no way to go out but to move ahead and information technology has become synonymous to modern education now.

A number of public school officials are in need of training in the use of computersso that they can directly utilize them for enhancing planning, policy setting, decision making and improving office management efficiency. Upgrading the competencies and leadership abilities of education leaderswill ultimately redound to the improvement of the overall quality of Philippine education. And that a teacher, guided andsupervised by effective field officials, will have a better teaching performance, which in turn, will effect quality learning among students.

                           Our schools,will teach every Filipino boy and girl high quality information skills, facilitate knowledge opportunities and impart good values.

                           Every school in the country public and private will be a learning committed to prepare a new generation of Filipinos to be productive citizens in an information  society.
