In dealing people with respect, understanding should be imposedto be able to give a very good unsolicited advice. Many richest hours are spending in the job, talking person/s (colleagues),once in a while or if there is a chance more often. The habit of judging people may fall into malicious way of actions. All of us at one time or another have been guilty of this cruelty. And many of us have been the butt of it.To remind people away from troubles and guiltiness here are four simple rules for overcoming the habit of judging others.

First: Be sure you know all the facts, so that your evidence is not merely circumstantial. We share the responsibility of wrong judgments bylistening to them. Whenever you hear a sensational story at someone expense try to gauge the mentality and motives of the  raconteur, and either discard everything that has been said or try to discover what started the yarn. Do this yourself before hastily judging the subject of gossip.

Second: Remember that, however certain another’s guilt may seem, there may be extenuating circumstances. In asking help through prayers will give us strength asks God to send His Spirit to be brave and never to judge another walk His words.

Third: Give your habit of judging others a “reverse twist” by focusing on the graces of people not their faults.Develop the habit of seeing the good in people. Comment on it. Practice the art of good gossip. It is amazing how this habit of searching out the best in others enlarges our souls. Look in your mirror when you are inclined to pronounce harsh judgments on another and see how crabbed you look. Then speak well on someone, and watch the kindness flood your face.

Fourth: Leave all judgment of others’ sin to God.   Arrogating to ourselves the functions of the Deity is as presumptuous as it is irreverent. Remember the separation of people into sheep and goats will take place only on the Last Day to warns people which until then we are forbidden to make classification.

In the field of teaching ethical values should always remain in our hearts and mind to be at peace, in all walks of life mirror yourself to others to deviate from incompetence and unprofessional impression or judgments of others, not just because, ineffective and inefficient towards work, simply becauseinefficacy (concern for employee morale) towards others. Always perform the holistic characters of a good teacher in the field of teaching where your importance infinite and immeasurable with honor.
