Emerging game changer—A true leader is a gold refined on fire, from a plain element into an astounding work. Developing full potential to maximize its glim.  Extending hands to embrace the society, and whole-heartedly taking up responsibilities in the service of the people. Not for praises nor for titles but to successfully engage in the constantly changing world of work.

In the image of a young man, a servant was born, a leader was created. One of the few, many are called to be leaders but only few committed.

Leadership is a roller coaster-ride of mixed feelings and emotions, challenges and struggles along the way. Finding yourself in the midst of trembling voices, either dragging you to stop or pushing you to go. But despite all these difficulties, indeed a great leader, harvesting all the good grains sprouted and paving the way by the stones being thrown, saying “You cannot please everybody”.

“It is said to be that being an effective leader is not about gaining numerous followers but about creating a flock of leaders.” Knowing the capacity of your subordinates, then continue building their strengths through putting them to their fields where they can serve to the extent of their potential without hindering their passion and encourage them to get out of their comfort zones to be free from their weaknesses.

The power that every leader must possess is influence, not for personal fulfillment but for a ripple-effect of change. Thus, continuously motivate your subordinates to learn as far as they could and strive for more. Also, a well-oriented person when it comes to innovation.

By the image of this man, servants will be born, leaders will be created, and sages will be made. Will no longer be few, for many are called to be leaders, for many will emerge as game changers.
