Construction of SMAW Workshop – On Going

Last June 25, 2016, the construction of SMAW Workshopstarted. Last June 25, 2016, the construction of SMAW Workshopstarted. It is a 22.5 meters  x 8.1 meter  in size andadjacently located in the new senior high school building near the covered court of Justice Emilio Angeles Gancayco Memorial High School.

            According to Mr. Marlon Caparoso, the foreman of the said construction, Mr. Bryan Zabalais their contractor fromVictoria Builders Construction Firm.  He is from Cupang, Balanga City.MrCaparoso also added that the said workshop room is amounting to 3.2 Million and is expected to finish on or before the end of August 2016. It is funded by the Provincial Government.

            It will be a fully furnished SMAW workshop room, equipped with electrical amenities and blackboards. It will use by 60 SMAW senior students and some junior students majoring in SMAW under the supervision of Mr. Gerardo Hernandez.

            Mrs. Amelinda A. Fandialan, the school principal, is very happy and thankful with all the help being extended to Justice Emilio Angeles Gnacayco Memorial from the National and Provincial Government, this kind of support will ensure the full development of skills and talents of all Grade 10 and Grade 11 SMAW students.

            All Tech -Voc students are excited to use their new SMAW workshop room.They can now have their own laboratory room that will be the best avenue for enhancing their skills in welding and alike skills instead of having their practicum under the Mango.

            This project will ensurecontinuous commitment of JEAGMHS in serving the youth of Orion for the realization of K to 12 ultimate objective which is to produce a holistic, competent and competitive Tech – Voc graduates.

            We salute the National and Provincial Government in doing their part for the youth development.
