We always say and believe that education is the only key to survive from ignorance and specifically POVERTY as well, I agree with that but the question is, how can we help education to stop bleeding from poverty and ignorance?Well obviously education of its own has a big problem that is why many people are still suffering including young age that should be in school rather than playing and being a child beggar on the street.
The first reason is the lack of financial support coming from their parents, money! to support their schooling. Most of them don’t have their permanent job to support even their daily needs in life and that their children who are the ones suffering the most suffering especially their EDUCATION. The government should make their move earlier to cure this wound and if they don’t? At worst it can be lead to Generational Poverty. It will be more complicated when poverty is handed over and over to individuals and families from generations to generations. In this type, there is usually no escape from it, as people are trapped in its causes and have no access to tools that will help them get out of it. So, Instead of using the budget of the country on senseless things, why we should not use let the country’ budget to provide many job opportunities for those people, parents specifically who did not finish their studies during their time so that they can support their daily needs and the schooling of their children for them to buy the things that their children need in school. There must be more buildings enough to occupy all the learners all over our country, more classrooms, more material and any other materials for learning….all free. Yes we have all for free but not all schools and places can have these. Our government and agency must assure the all learners have the equal access and benefits of these so that the improvement and quality of learning can be achieve fully. We have to pay attention to those who are in need most.
There is nothing impossible if we always help each other. If we have the source, we have the chance to help why not do it. Let’s help the children to be educated! Let’s prioritize first education before anything else. Let us help children to be free from ignorance! Let’s always bear in our mind what Dr. Jose Rizal said… “Ang Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan”. Even our national hero knew it, that the future of our country is on the hand of the children who will make a better future for our country.
