Employees in different field of work were rated based on their performance. Whatever field we are in, we should be aware that our performance should be exemplary to meet the needs of company or department we are working into.

Here are some ways to consider for the improvement of one’s performance. First, to acknowledge their competence, appreciation of one’s skills and ability is an important contribution to the success of the job. Publicly admiring an employees for one’s performance will serve as a challenge to uplift one’s efforts for the improvement of the present skills.

                  Secondly, train for success.  Trainin  is very important to improve one’s performance. Trainings should be job related and applicable to chosen field of work .  Removing impediments to performance and accomplishment is another way to improve performance. Motivate and challenge the employees who are satisfied in their present position and performance. And lastly, reward superior performance publicly. Whatever reward one’s receive for his performance  is the fruit of all his efforts. Receiving reward will challenge them to be more productive and to be the best that they can be in their chosen career. Employees should not be in the status quo basis of work. Their mindset should always be for the upliftment of their skills and abilities for outstanding performance.
